In order to configure a custom fly screen, you first need to select a system. The desired element type can then be specified. Which element types are available for selection depends on the stored properties of the insect protection system. After the element type has been selected, the element dimensions appear and can be set. Once the width and height have been inserted, all required properties are in place, as confirmed by the checklist in the side navigation. The software then automatically fills all other properties with the respective standard values, which can be individually defined in the system. At the same time, the graphic and the product description with detailed price information are generated. All other attributes such as profiles, fabrics or colors can then be adjusted in any order and also changed later. Depending on the insect protection system, different properties are available for clamping frames, roller blinds, revolving doors, swing doors, sliding doors, pleated blinds and light shaft covers. For example, the input of X dimensions can be activated for clamping frames and the guide rail length with automatic length calculation for sliding doors. When saving, the configurator automatically checks the compiled version for buildability. If certain combinations or dimensions cannot be built, a corresponding message appears with a recommendation for action, otherwise the item will be included in the offer.
