Getting Started with Fenzon

User Settings

Go to the User Settings section to manage users, roles and profiles.

Users can be created and managed in the system via the User menu item. The following field information from the User details section is used across the board - the other details are optional.

Field	Explanation
Username	Is used by the system as the user name and is displayed for assigned data records.
Email	Used to log into the system.
Role	Assigns the user a role.
Profile	Assigns the user a profile.

Roles

Roles can be managed accordingly through the Roles menu item. Roles can be structured hierarchically, allowing object-related data records to be made available to users based on their roles. This enables, for example, opportunities, cases, or projects to be visible only to the owner, to users associated with their role, or to everyone, depending on the configuration.

Profiles

Profiles can be managed accordingly through the 'Profiles' menu item. In a profile, the visibility for applications and the permissions for objects can be defined as follows:

Read
Create
Edit
Delete

If needed, the system allows for individual read and write permissions for each specific field within a profile by selecting an object in the object settings area.
