Security Settings

Switch to the Security Settings section in Setup. There, you can define your security standards through the Password Policies menu item.

By setting an expiration period for passwords, you can require all users to update their passwords at regular intervals. Additionally, by specifying a number in the Password History field, you can prevent the reuse of previous passwords, as the system will retain a set number of past passwords.

Define not only the frequency of updates but also the complexity and minimum length of passwords according to your security requirements.
