In the list view for objects, you can access the Fields to Display option through the List View Controls dropdown. Here, you can specify which fields should be displayed in the overview.
Clicking the Show List Filters button opens a sidebar for filter settings. You can add individual field filter rules via Add Filter. Once saved, the filters are applied directly, displaying only records that meet the filter criteria.
If you have created a combination of display fields and list filters that you wish to use frequently, you can save this view as a new list view. To do this, click on the List View Settings Controls and then select New List View.
